My comment to the Great Inns of Britain:
Hosting chefs who cook rabbit (or meat generally) are quite unappealing. I'll be staying elsewhere instead of your chain of historic inns. This 'news' will also go out to house rabbit groups internationally.
"This spring, The Great Inns of Britain were delighted to host co-authors J.C Jeremy Hobson and Philip Watts, who are presently researching and writing two new cook books – Rabbit Cook and Pigeon Cook."
