2) discuss the gadgets you'll need for your bunny first aid kit,

3) common ailments and how they are treated, and

4) a discussion of different antibiotics, modes of administration, etc.

And there's a question/answer period at the end of class! Bring your questions!

What's with the eye injuries!!?

More vol news...

Tanti and Scott (from our Torrance rescue) saved a bun in Alondra Park who had an eye injury. They took him to their vet and -- in only 1 week -- he's BETTER!!! Here are before and after pics.  (bleh.)

Dr Rosskoff figures he was injured in a fight and infection set in but thanks to Tanti and Scott his eye was saved! They've named him Blue because he has Frank Sinatra-blue eyes. He's a charmer and since Tanti and Scott already have 6 bunkids at home -- he's adoptable!  ; )

So cute.

Thank you, Tanti and Scott. We LUV our Bunderful Volunteers!

The Georgia Guidestones - Mysterious &

In contrast to the looming silence of Stonehenge, the Georgia Guisdestones speak with a very definite voice. Each of the eight faces of the monument carry a message in the form of ten precepts, or guidelines. Conceived by the megalith’s mysterious creator, R.C. Christian, these guidelines seem to speak to how man can rebuild civilization in a post-apocalyptic future, or how to avoid finding ourselves in one.

Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature

Guide reproduction wisely – improving fitness and diversity

Unite humanity with a living new language

Rule passion – faith – tradition – and all things with tempered reason

Protect people and nations with fair laws and just courts

Let all nations rule internally resolving external disputes in a world court

Avoid petty laws and useless officials

Balance personal rights with social duties

Prize truth – beauty – love – seeking harmony with the infinite

Be not a cancer on the earth –Leave room for nature –Leave room for nature

I love them, too much.

Cheers!
