LA + CA Laws Prohibiting Live Animal Sales! Yay!!!!

SELLING live animals on public streets has been illegal for a while in LA and in a brand new State law [eff 1/1/12].

BUYING live animals on the street will become illegal after final City Council vote Wednesday, August 10.

Real fines: $250 first violation, $500 second, and $1,000 third. For a $10 or $15 bunny!

THIS IS FANTASTIC -- pending that final vote!
